We make sure that if your Tower Crane needs attention, we will procure the right and original parts, on time because we know that time is critical to the success of your operations. Since Vassallo Builders Ltd has its own fleet of Tower Cranes it is a must to keep stock of spare parts including standby motors. It is therefore inevitable that at Vassallo Builders Ltd, we keep a fully stocked warehouse, supported by a quick response team.

Expanding list of Satisfied Clients
The overall business of cranes on the Maltese Islands, has over the last few years seen a considerable growth, as so has the sales and hire service by this relatively young joint venture between Vassallo Builders Ltd and Linden Comansa SA.

At Vassallo Builders Group Ltd, our Comansa Cranes, have seen service at the building of the Golden Sands Radisson Hotel Resort & Spa.; at the building and construction of the luxurious apartments at Tigne Point where the crane was erected with a height under hook of 70 Metres, at the various residential development projects owned by the Housing Authority, like the ones in Mtarfa, Birkirkara, Kirkop, Qawra and Mgarr, at the purposely built one of a kind residential apartments aimed at independent elderly living, Prince of Wales Residence in Sliema, and lately on the super fast demanding building project at the Mellieha Community Home. One of our Comansa Cranes is now standing at the Malta International Airport, to assist in the expansion of the airport terminal.

Vassallo Builders is proud to have recently sold the eleventh Comansa Tower Crane to Buzdov Developments Ltd, to compliment our long list of satisfied clients. The crane will be deployed to assist in the building and construction of a block of apartments in Zurrieq.

The hire business of Tower Cranes at Vassallo Builders, kicked off during the last couple of years and the first of its kind took place at the mega Project of Tigne Point owned and developed by the Midi Consortium. A recent contract of hire for Comansa Cranes, was signed for the next eighteen months with one of our clients who purchased two Comansa Cranes from Vassallo Builders Group Ltd.

Other major leading building contractors procured Linden Comansa flat-top Tower Cranes that may be seen on various major projects in Malta. Currently some of the Comansa cranes sold to local industry, includes Rainbow Mix at a block of apartments in tal-Qroqq, G&P Borg on the ex-Les Lapins Hotel site in Ta'Xbiex, and C&F Schembri at Foster Clarks, in San Gwann.

Sales
According to Mr. E. Muscat, buying new cranes, rather than used ones, proved in the long run to be a sound investment, as downtime due to breakdowns is practically non existent.
